Emanuel A. Serstock is Of Counsel at the Brennan Law Office. He has been practicing law for over 45 years. His experience includes working with the city and county attorney's offices in Bloomington and the Minneapolis Criminal Division. Additionally, Emanuel worked as a prosecutor for the Ramsey County Felony division. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in criminal and traffic law matters.
